What kind of products do you offer?

UNRSBL®️ Pets offers a variety of products in our WALK, WEAR, EAT, and PLAY collections.

We are super passionate about developing newer, cooler products for all pets and our store is always expanding.

What does suitability mean?

Unfortunately, not all UNRSBL®️ products can be enjoyed by pets of every size.

For certain products, UNRSBL®️ Pets has a recommended product suitability section - to help you ascertain whether an item is going to be appropriate for your pet.


About UNRSBL®️ Materials

We do everything in-house. Unlike other pet "brands" in India, we don't purchase white-label goods and slap our logo on them.

From the prints in our bandanas, to the stitching of our bone toys, to even the quick-release metal buckles of our harnesses & collars, the UNRSBL®️ way of doing things is uncompromising.

Every single UNRSBL®️ product is developed ground-up - inspiration sourced worldwide and executed with curated natural materials in Jaipur.

UNRSBL®️ Foundry

Every UNRSBL®️ Pets metal implement - such as our buckles, U/D loops, leash-ties, hooks - is made using customised molds developed exclusively by us.

Most pet brands in India use metal implements sourced from foreign countries - predominantly China. This, of course, results in poor quality and longevity. But often the metal origin itself is unknown - resulting in potential pet exposure to substandard, toxic components!

UNRSBL®️ Pets faces no such origin opaqueness and our products are made of Zinc with confidence at our local facility.


Where can I purchase UNRSBL®️ products?

Our products are available *only* on our official website. We update stock information on a regular basis.

Please beware of counterfeit products!

What does dispatch time mean?

Processing/dispatch time refers to the amount of time taken by our team to pack and hand-over your package to the courier service.

What payment options do you accept?

UNRSBL®️ Pets uses CCAvenue and accepts a range of payment options including credit, debit, and UPI.

Do you accept cash on delivery?

Yes. We accept COD, but opting for cash-on-delivery may have an additional delivery charge. In addition, COD orders may require manual verification by our team.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use major carriers as well as local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Do you ship overseas?

Sorry! We only ship to locations in India. UNRSBL®️ Pets really appreciates all international love, and we hope to service more countries in the near future.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
